The service

Pickup AI provides an AI receptionist, lead inbox, scheduling, quoting, and on-site payment tools for tradespeople. During early access the service is provided on a beta basis and may change.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for complying with call-recording and messaging laws in your area, and for honoring the bookings and quotes made on your behalf. Don't use the service for unlawful, abusive, or spam activity.

Payments

Customer payments are processed by Stripe and settle to your connected account. Subscription fees, when introduced, will be disclosed before they apply; early-access users receive founder pricing.

AI-generated content

Calls, replies, and quotes are produced by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing bookings, quotes, and customer commitments. Pickup AI is a tool to assist you, not a substitute for your professional judgment.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during beta.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickup AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed business arising from use of the service.
