Pickup AI ("we", "us") provides an AI phone-receptionist and job-management app for tradespeople. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account: your name, email, business name, and phone number.
- Calls & messages: recordings, transcripts, and text of calls/SMS handled by your AI receptionist, so we can capture and book leads.
- Leads & jobs: customer names, phone numbers, service addresses, and job details you or your callers provide.
- Payments: processed by Stripe; we store payment status and amounts, not full card numbers.
- Usage & diagnostics: app activity and crash logs to keep the service reliable.
How we use it
To answer your calls, capture and score leads, book appointments, generate quotes, take payments, and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers (processors)
We share data only with vendors that operate the product on our behalf: Supabase (database/auth), Telnyx (calls/SMS), OpenAI (AI voice & lead extraction), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each processes data under its own data-processing terms.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion at any time by emailing hello@pickup.ai; we'll delete your records within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database access is restricted per-account with row-level security so your records are only accessible to you.
